RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and explain insurance products and services to prospective clients.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and process insurance applications and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company sales objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one (state-specific licensing requirements may apply).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
